HP Recommended
Product: HP 17 Laptop PC 17-c2000 (4V793AV)

No power to laptop at all.  Have tried to hold power button as advised but still no power, unable to use power cord on other item to check if concern.  Looking for other options tia

Try a different power outlet and check for any loose connections. If your laptop has a removable battery, take it out, hold the power button for 30 seconds, then reconnect and try again. If the battery is internal, you may need to open the laptop to reset it.
