Cuando quiero hacer el Recovery no lo hace llega hasta donde se elige el teclado y se reinicia, no pasa de allí quiero encontrar una .iso para hacerlo por usb, saben donde lo puedo encontrar?

 

When I want to do Recovery, it doesn't go as far as choosing the keyboard and restarting, it doesn't go from there. I want to find an .iso to do it via USB, do you know where I can find it?

You can use use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive to reinstall W11.

 

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.   You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.

You can download the tool from the Microsoft store:

Since you have to use the tool on another PC when you run it, you will have to enter your notebook's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed.

 

Your notebook's product number is 685K1UA#ABA
