You can reinstall W10 for free by making a bootable W10 installation flash drive with the media creation tool from the link below:

If you want the original HP factory image that came with your notebook the only place I know of where you can buy a recovery kit would be from this vendor at the link below:

Dear Sir,

I am returning to this forem practically out of desperation. To date, the laptop which itself is the 22N2 model*, after trying to use the Media Creation Tool, would not go through the install because it was for the 22N2 laptop. To clarify: it is an HP running Windows 10 Pavilion laptop.

Sadly, I fiddled with BIOS settings. For example, I tried Restore To Factory Security Settings.

The laptop presently shows  a screen of a solid color (it is ON), and the Caps Lock light blinks.

Majorly can not get it to work.

Help would be appreciated. Seriously it is incommunicato to even returning to Restore.

*I am unsure about which Windows 10 it is: 22H2 perhaps;  it had those numbers but maybe a different letter.

Hi:

I recommend that you start a new discussion on the subject, because based on the information you provided, unfortunately, I would have no idea how to fix the problem.
