Hi so I have tried everything from checking drivers, resetting laptop, factory restoring laptop, doing a clean install of windows, installing windows through boot drive, I do not have touch pad / touch screen drivers in my drivers list, and I still have the issue of my touch screen does not work, I also have a issue where my keyboard and mouse pad doesn’t work unless I have a intel integrated sensor solution disabled. I don’t know if this is connected or not to my touch screen issues but started at the same time.
