Hello

 

I think there is too much noise comming from my Notebook, when it´s placed on a plan table.

 

Do anyone have a solution of that problem?

 

I can raise the back of the Notebooke 1 cm. then i can reduce the noise, but that can be correctly.

Thank you for showing your interest in HP Support Forums. It is a great place to find the help you need, from other users, HP experts, and other support personnel. I came across your post and wanted to assist you. As I understand there is noise coming from your laptop. Don't worry as I have a few recommendations:

 

Updating your Notebook computer BIOS

Keeping notebook air vents clear and clean

Increasing the efficiency of the notebook to reduce heat

Using Windows Task Manager to identify corrupt processes

Selecting power saves settings to shut off your computer when it is not in use

Should you come across any issues you could always contact our HP phone support for further assistance. Please fill in the product details to get the tech support number. 

 

Please use the following link to create yourself a case number, then call and it may help speed up the call process:

Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/

Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect

Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"

Step 4. Scroll down and click: HP contact options - click on Get phone numberCase number and phone number appear.

They will be happy to assist you immediately.

I have tryed to create a case nr. but i can not go further, after i have listed up the problem, no case nr. is created and no phone nr. pops up. ???? ( know i have used 30 min. )

 

I think it´s too problematic geting contact ???
