The only place I know of where you can download the W7 Pro ISO file would be from this site:

 

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the blue 64 bit download button.

 

Windows 7 Professional Free Download ISO 32 / 64 Bit

 

Use the free Rufus utility to transfer the ISO file to a DVD so that it is bootable.

 

If you are creating the bootable USB flash drive on a PC that is running W7, you need to download one of the legacy versions from 2019 or so.

Or you can use the Microsoft utility that I zipped up and attached below to transfer the ISO file to a USB flash drive or DVD so that it is bootable.
