Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Il pc è molto lento a spegnersi. Penso sia un problema di aggiornamento, perchè l'unica cosa che non riesco a fare è aggiornare il computer. Nè dalla pagina di Windows Update, che non si carica, nè cliccando su "Aggiorna e Arresta" spegnendo il computer. Ho già aggiornato i driver e provato lo strumento di risoluzione errori di windows update.

Spero che qualcuno riesca a darmi una mano.
