So, My laptop after some months I buyed, Started overheating, a lot of blue-screens. So I sent it to repairs. Then Now that it's motherboard has been changed, I need to put the OTP their on the lock-screen to verify my Microsoft account. It says I put the OTP it's sent But not a Single Time After Several attempts have I gotten it. The phone number is Also correct so I don't know what's stopping it from Getting the OTP on my phone number, I tried several options like checking if a problem with sim card, putting it into another device but Not So Please HP help, otherwise Rs 60,000..... Need Help.

- Please share an image of the screen it boots to when you power on your laptop.

- Was the operating system reinstalled on your laptop when you received it back from repair?

- May I know when was the laptop sent in for repair and when did you receive it back?
