Do you windows 10 update i had my windows trying to reinstall but its not happening try to do a clean boot hence downloaded from windows os from official website tried win 8, 8.1, 10 and 11 nothing is letting me installed tried even Linux and ubuntu but not able to install it says if trying to install win 7 blue screen error says ahci is not compatible and tried to do the same in 8, 8.1 10 and 11 it goes to the partition for drive and it says cant install on this drive and says me to enable to device controller from Bios tried even that but its not showing a device controller. I am stuck on this kindly help me out

Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if your notebook is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool, which you can use to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
Here is an info link for how to use that utility...you will need to use the utility on another Windows PC running W7 64 bit or newer and a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media.
