I tried hard resetting but it doesnt reset a message pops up saying cannot reset you computer

Try using the HP cloud recovery client utility to create a bootable recovery drive.

 

Here is an info link for how to use the utility...

You will need to have access to another working Windows PC with W7 or newer.

 

You will lose all files on the hard drive using this method to reset the PC.
