Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Yesterday, I have done recovery of my laptop and when I started updating drivers BIOS were not updating (it shows bios update has been blocked on this PC). My current version of BIOS after recovery is Insyde F.36, 07-04-2017 and HP support is showing the  version F.56 Rev .A , Dec 18, 2020 to download which is not updating. When I called customer care they said BIOS not updating due to the missing number of BIOS in between  F.36 -F.56 due to which system is not allowing to update. NOW I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO...!!!. Please tell me the solution on this if anyone has faced such issue.
