Not claimed office at start and now i am not able to claim office

Not able to claim windows office and now that shty HP virtual assistant is of no use total waste of time, what are the alternative i can use to claim the office 365

note;- HP support has degraded compare to my previous experience

The much maligned HP Virtual Agent is a collection of questions and pre-programmed responses -- if the program cannot understand your question and / or there is not an answer in the database, the virtual agent cannot give you what you want.  Perhaps in the future, the current method will be replaced by AI.

If you missed the chance to claim your Office suite / software,

I suggest that you contact Microsoft Office Support in your region.

We cannot claim / activate / obtain / purchase Microsoft 365 for you.
