Product: HP Stream 11

Hi I’m pretty new to HP products but I recently bought a HP stream 11 4gb laptop on eBay and I went to use it for the first time and the person I bought it from never factory reset it.  I tried to factory reset it myself but was hit with a messaHe saying I didn’t have enough free space to do so.  What should I do? Someone please help me? Am I dumb to buy such an old laptop? Am I pretty much screwed? Btw it might be helpful to know I’m not tech savvy 😖

Sounds like machine only has 32GB of eMMC storage, Please use the following Guide
