Not seeing the HP Performance tune up check window?
If HP Performance tune up check fails to launch, select "Lockups & Performance" topic from the droplist below to view applicable support documents for your problem

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.


I understand the difficulty with the problem.
The HP PERFORMANCE TUNE UP CHECK requires HP Support Assistant version 8.5 and later.

Let's uninstall HP support assistant and PERFORMANCE TUNE UP CHECK

  1. In Windows, search for and open change or remove a program.
  2. On the Programs and Features window, select HP Support Assistant and PERFORMANCE TUNE UP CHECK, then click the Uninstall button. ...
  3. Click Yes on the Programs and Features screen to confirm you want to uninstall HP Support Assistant and PERFORMANCE TUNE UP CHECK.

Next, install HP Support Assistant and HP performance tune up the check.
