I understand the difficulty with the problem.
The HP PERFORMANCE TUNE UP CHECK requires HP Support Assistant version 8.5 and later.
Let's uninstall HP support assistant and PERFORMANCE TUNE UP CHECK
- In Windows, search for and open change or remove a program.
- On the Programs and Features window, select HP Support Assistant and PERFORMANCE TUNE UP CHECK, then click the Uninstall button. ...
- Click Yes on the Programs and Features screen to confirm you want to uninstall HP Support Assistant and PERFORMANCE TUNE UP CHECK.
