You need to provide us some details to work with, like:
1) Detailed model number of the laptop
2) OS version it is running (i.e., Win7, Win8x, Win10)
3) Age of the laptop
4) Does it power on, at all, and if so, what is on the screen?
We can proceed when you provide the information.
