When I go to HP Support Assistant, it tells me that all updates and the latest drivers are installed.  When I go online to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, I see lists of many downloads for my computer that I am not seeing in HP SA.  Is this a problem?   How do I verify that my computer has been updated with all of these 46 updates to the BIOS, Diagnostic, Audio, Chipset, Graphics, Graphics AMD, Graphics Nvidia, Keyboard, Mouse & Input Devices, Network, Storage, Firmware, Firmware Chipset, Software, Software - Multimedia, and Software - Solutions?   Seems like a lost of trust is placed on Support Assistant.

I understand that you would like to know why the drivers updated not listed on the HP support assistance.

 

I understand your concerns.

 

Whenever a new version of the windows updates released, The drivers will be updated on the website. Then it will be prompted on the HP support assistance. 

 

I would suggest you regularly check on the HP website and check for the new driver's update.

 

If the windows are not up to date. It will not prompt on the HP support assistance.

 

Please update the windows update regularly.

 

Also, you have to check the version of the HP support assistance.
