Notebook has blinking power button and blue screen after login

Hello, I ran into a problem today. After I left my notebook on for 6 straight hours and wanted to turn it off, it would switch to a blue screen before I could go to "shut off". I then pressed the power button to turn it off manually. The power wouldn't turn off but the power button would blink. I turned it back on just to see how it reacts! I could login but windows didn't start. It was a blue screen. There was no message on blue screen.

What can I do?? Help, please!
