Hallo zusammen,

Eigene Ideen:

Vorherigen Treiber installieren?

Gerät deinstallieren oder deaktivieren?

... und dann neu installieren?

@MarcusC.: Thanks. Okay... let us start the same questions in english. As the german forum is no more available, I started here in german, first.

Thanxs.

Hello everyone,

probably the problem occurred in connection with an update (Windows or probably INTEL Management Engine Interface.

Since then the following happens:

The "Shutdown" command shuts down Windows: Black monitor.

Power button is continuously illuminated. Battery light also. (til the end of the battery)

The power button then has no correct function anymore. The device can no longer be started only after removing the battery. (or pushing the "power button" about 10 seconds)

The laptop goes into the same mode in sleep mode when it is not needed. Unsaved work is then lost.

Deactivation of the sleep mode was helpfully in the meantime.

At the time of the update, the driver's properties are displayed under "Events":

"Device configured (oem62inf)"

and

"Device not started (MEIx64)"

It would be nice if someone knows what to do, thank you!

Many greetings, rzplkp

Own ideas:

Install previous driver?

Uninstall or disable device?

... and then reinstall it?
