HP notebook-14-ac101ne (ENERGY STAR)
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

My PC is a HP notebook-14-ac101ne (ENERGY STAR). The PC shuts down every 2-3 seconds and you see different displays, sometimes it’s ‘Preparing Auto Repair’ sometimes it’s ‘Please wait’ and sometimes it’s the loading icon, but after 2 seconds into it, the fan shuts off, the screen shuts off and you hear a little ‘zap’ sound. However, when the lid is closed, the laptop is functioning. The fan is heard and it seems to work, but as soon as a display of the screen shows up when I open the lid, the pc shuts down again. It doesn’t stay on for more than 3 seconds so I cannot use any commands etc. hard resets etc don’t work and i tried putting a new battery it the same thing happened. Keep in mind that I use the original charger and I have anti-virus on at all times. I cannot access anything or do anything with it. The screen works when plugged to the tv., but i cant open my lid for more than more 2 seconds. Please help!!! THank you
