HP Notebook.  Product 1NT86UA#ABA   S/N [edited].

One day all is fine but next day notebook would not boot but I got a "Recovery Manager" screen which says "Restoration Incomplete."

Hi:

 

Run the hardware diagnostics test and check for hardware issues...

 

Restart the PC, and immediately start tapping the ESC key to get a menu of options.

 

Select the F2 System Diagnostics test option.

 

If the hardware passes, the only suggestion I can offer would be, with another working Windows PC, and a 32 GB USB flash drive, make a recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool.

 

Here is an info link for how to use that utility.   You will lose everything on the hard drive by using the recovery drive.
