Blinking error code (5 and 3, then repeats) indicates motherboard failure.
I have logged in over 30 hours attempting to talk to a live HP person to arrange for return and repair.
Anybody have a number?
Also, the HP site called "Dispute Warranty" is not operating so I am not able to inform them of my Walmart receipt showing I purchased it of Sept 15, 2019. This is another reason I need to talk to a live person for help.
