Now the recovery manager is not working; Unable to install factory setup. I don't recall my windows10 serial number.
Could you please help me (1) connect my laptop to network (2)download necessary image file and boot my machine?
I don't have alternate laptop now. I have good android mobile and high speed network
Many thanks.

Unfortuantely, since the laptop won't boot the only option is to contact HP and order Recovery Media to boot from.

Or use the free Media Creation Tool from Microsoft to make a Windows 10 usb flash drive to boot from.Your Windows key is embedded in BIOS and it is automatically retrieved during an install,

Your android phone is not going to do this. Maybe you can find a friend or co-worker who will let you make it using their computer.
