Hello My notebook has run into a error code: NTFS FILE SYSTEM. I cant System recovery i cant open Automatic Repair or Hard reset I cant do anything it keeps loading goes to blue screen then loading and back to blue screen it keeps doing samething over and over again

You can reinstall W10 as follows...
Using another working Windows PC, make a bootable W10 USB flash drive installer using the Media creation tool at the link below.

If you do not need to recover any files, when you get to the screen where it asks 'Where do you want to install Windows,' delete every partition on the hard drive, leaving just one partition of unallocated space. Click Next, and W10 should install.
If you do need to recover files, let W10 install over the current Windows installation, and it will create a Windows.old folder.
After W10 installs, you can explore the Windows.old folder, find your old user profile and copy the files and folders to your new user profile.
If you are asked to enter a product key during the installation process, select the 'I don't have a product key' option.
After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
