I'm looking for your advice because my notebook is just not starting Windows, it has entered in a cycle where it tries to boot into Windows but it will show a message about an ntfs and fat system file error and it will just not start Windows, i have tried pressing ctrl-f11-f8 and ran a chkdsk /f command but it tells me that the drive is write protected and if I try with the command "attributes disk clear readonly" but i get "diskpart could not remove write protection" message can you please help me? What can I do to get mi computer started and how can I run the chkdsk /f to get the error fixed?

Hi! @netomix, Welcome to HP forums.
I understand you are unable to boot into windows you are getting error Ntfs file system error.
Please run system diagnostics test on your PC.
Turn on your PC keep tapping the f2 key. You will boot into diagnostics screen.
Run hard drive and memory test. And get the results.
If the hard drive test passes. Please try doing a BIOS default.
Turn on your PC keep tapping the f10 key. PC will boot into BIOS under file select restore defaults.
Click save and exit. Check if you are able to boot into windows.
If not turn on your PC keep tapping the f11 key. PC will boot into recovery manager.
Note: This step will work only if the recovery partition is active.
Please refer to the link to know how to perform recovery: http://hp.care/2cf8noz
If the above steps do not work. Please contact HP and order a set of recovery discs.

Hello;
Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!
Until you fix the filesystem problem, there is nothing you can do to get the computer to boot properly.
You might be able to fix that problem by booting outside of Windows and running a utility to repair the filesystem.
I recommend the use of a third-party tool known as Minitool Partition Wizard. This is a free partitioning tool and you
should download their Boot CD ISO file to a local drive.
You can obtain it from here: http://www.partitionwizard.com/free-partition-manager.html
Once you have this, you have a choice of media to create:
1) If you can boot from CD, download and install ImgBurn and use the Write Image to Disk option to create a bootable CD.
2) If you can boot from USB, download and install RUFUS and use the option to create a bootable USB stick from the ISO
file.
Boot your PC with the media you created. You should now be able to do partition changes without problems.
When you're running MiniTool, right-click on the partition you want to repair and select Check Filesystem.
Good Luck
