My laptop is not getting actual speed on nvme m.2 ssd. I installed a WD SN570

I show pcie 3.0x2 when i laptop is supported 3.0x4.

Hi:

 

The 250 G7 uses the same motherboard as the 15-da0xxx model series, so unfortunately there is nothing you can do to remedy the problem.

It's really very embarrassing.

When i call hp helpline, he told go to the hp store, for further force. I don't know if I should go to the HP store or not.

Since this is a peer-to-peer forum and I don't work for or represent HP, I don't have any other suggestions for you to try.

 

All I know is that there is no way you will get the drive to use all 4 lanes of the PCI express slot.

 

There are many posts on this forum regarding that problem with no solutions.
