could somebody please help. I've exhausted all built in options to repair my Laptop only option left is to create an installation USB stick and try to boot it that way in order to repair. How do I obtain a downloadable version of Windows10 in order to do this?

Hi:

 

You can reinstall W10 for free by making a bootable USB installation flash drive with the media creation tool from the link below.

 

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
