Product: Compaq Presario CQ56-103ER
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hello.

I have a Compaq Presario cq56-103ER laptop.
The system failed and the hp recovery utility was deleted.
I try to download windows 7 on the microsoft website, I get a message:
It looks like the product key you entered is related to software pre-installed by the device manufacturer. Contact the device manufacturer to find out how to restore the software.
Alas, I did not find any links where you can download windows 7 from the manufacturer or the hp recovery utility itself. Please tell me a way out of the situation. The windows 7 operating system is fully licensed and I have a key, but it comes from the manufacturer of the laptop itself.

Hi:

 

it is going to be very hard to find a W7 OEM file download in Russian.

 

This site occasionally has the files for download, but limits them to a few a week.

Download the tool from the site and select the first Windows 7 radio button on the right side of the tool's window.

 

Then select the Windows 7 SP1 OEM version you need from the drop down.

 

You will have a choice of several languages, one of which is Russian.

 

You will have to keep trying the tool many times a day every day until you are lucky enough to be able to download a file.

 

You can also choose the 64 bit version if you want.  The key would work on 64 bit too.

 

The site does not have W7 Starter or Home Basic.

 

I have no idea where you can find ISO files downloads for those operating systems.
