Hi:
30 minutes is too long for sure. The installation should have started within a minute at most.
The product specs for your notebook indicates that it originally came with W10, so W10 isn't the problem.

See if this works instead...
Download the W10 64 bit ISO file using the media creation tool, instead of letting it automatically create the USB installer.
Then use the Microsoft tool that I zipped up and attached below to transfer the ISO file to your USB flash drive so that it is bootable, or use the free Rufus utility.

Hopefully, there was just a glitch that occurred during the USB flash drive creation process.
