Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am needing to purchase two monitors, connect them to a Laptop docking station along with keyboard and a mouse. Here is what is needed: computers must support DisplayPort 1.4 alt mode with MST support to achieve triple-monitor configuration, as well as USB Power Delivery 2.0 or 3.0. I am not real tech savvy, so how do I determine if my computer has the capabilities of working this particular docking station.
