Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have recently installed a PCIe NVME M.2 SSD in my laptop. I want transfer my OS from HDD to SSD. Please tell me the best method to transfer OS to SSD:

1. Disk cloning through software's like Macrium Reflect.

2. USB Flash Drive.

3. Any other options.

 

Please also give the step by step procedure of the suggested method
