HP Pavilion g6 Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)
I have purchased HP Pavilion g6 Notebook PC at 2011 with Windows 7 original & MS Office Original installed already. But I cant activate the OS and MS Office. I would like to know, How can I install the software and How to get original Key of OS and MS office. The Shop where I purchased is permanently closed now. How can I get help from HP and get back my original OS and Ms office

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

  • Microsoft Office is a collection of applications for personal and business productivity, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote. Office comes preinstalled on many HP computers with Windows 10. After you purchase an HP computer with Windows OS, you can: Activate an Office 365 subscription or free trial.
