Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

my hp laptop model 15s-fq2627TU,  in built windows 11 with windows home+student edition 2021,had an issue of blue screen and got serviced by authorised service centre at Thrissur,India. After that they changed my OS to windows 10 and also MS office not working,after noticing this, I asked the service centre about this,but they said that the dealer from which I bought this is changed the OS and told me to contact the dealer and they will change the OS, My question is that how /for what a dealer to change the inbuilt OS ,eventhough if it is correct,after servicing the same, is the service centre has to install genuine OS and office to my laptop.please tell mell me what should i do to get genuine software  in  my system and where should i complaint for this???

Let me check your current system configuration.

 

(1) Run    msinfo32

- Select <System Summary>:

--->>> Copy/paste following key/value pairs:

 

OS Name

Version

System Model

System SKU

( equals HP product number (p/n) )

Processor

BIOS Version/Date

 

(2) Please report your results
