Product: ENVY 15T

ENVY 15t-as100 CTO reboots every 10-15 seconds and the screen is blank.  I tried an external monitor but no signal.  Ideas?  Also, how do I find the license code for the OS?

I don't know its Operating System (OS). Please use the following tool to find its key

Perform a CLEAN install may help.
