Hi all, my computer says "boot device not found - install an OS on your hard disk - 3FO". I ran some diagnostics, no problem found. I cannot hard reset by holding the power button, just doesn't respond on that. So I cannot pass behind this error screen. Anyone got some advice...?

Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer would be to try reinstalling W11 by making a bootable USB installation flash drive with the media creation tool at the link below (2nd option).
You'll need to have another PC to create the installation media with.
Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)
Boot from the installation media, hopefully W11 will install and then you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.

Thank you Paul! Your suggestion had helped me to find the cause: the SSD (or something related) seems to be broken. I bought the laptop only july last year, so I'm gonna sent it back to the store for repair or a new one. Thanks again, Peter
