Hello. No system image was created for my laptop. I need to do a system image recovery as the laptop is stuck in Troubleshooting mode. Is there a place on the HP website where I can get a system image to bring my notebook back to its original setup when I first purchased it?

If your PC is a 2016 model or newer, you should see if you can make a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool on a working PC.
The recovery drive can then be used to install Win10 and the HP drivers and utilities that originally came with your PC.

Thank you so much for pointing me in the right direction. Took a few hours, but I was able to reinstall successfully.
