Product: HP ENVY 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-ep1000 IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, I have a HP ENVY Laptop 15t that is about a year old and I'm having a RAM issue. I purchased it with 32gb RAM with +32gb Optane = 64gb total RAM. The optane app shows it is active and has 64gb. The Task Manager however only shows 32gb. With the work I do I am pegging the 32gb at about 70-80% and sometimes 100%, and the computer is running slow. Is there a way I can activate the other 32gb or Optane?

No, Optane and RAM are TWO different hardware. You can NOT add them together. Hope the following article helps

No, Optane and RAM are TWO different hardware. You can NOT add them together. Hope the following article helps
