Hi, bought an HP laptop in 2019, came with pre-installed and pre-activated Windows 10 and pre-installed and pre-activated MS Office 2019 Lifetime. Used office apps for 3 years without ever signing in. Now clean installed Windows 10 using a bootable pendrive, Windows 10 was successfully installed and activated itself without asking for activation key, but Office is asking sign in. When I signed up using a new microsoft account, it says I do not have subscription. What to do?

Sounds like the MS Office you were using came preloaded on the laptop, right?
When you did the new Windows install, unless you used the same image that was used to install your laptop, that essentially removed MS Office.
HP does provide a Cloud Recovery option for creating an USB stick to reinstall the HP version of Windows, but I don't believe that Office comes with that.
Either way, we can hot help you with the MS Office situation.
