Hello, I have several HP x360 310 G2 PCs, and I need the F.35 BIOS, but I can't find it on the support website. Only versions after F.63 are available. How can I get that older BIOS?

Thanks!

You're very welcome.

HP quit allowing public access to their FTP site a couple of years ago, so a request to directly access the site is not possible.

There is a way to find files as I have briefly explained below.

For example, take the oldest available BIOS's release notes at the link below:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp84001-84500/sp84434.html

As you can see from the heading, it supersedes SP80626.

Looking up that file on the FTP site (it takes a lot of guesswork to find it), you can see that so80626 was superseded by SP80294.

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp80501-81000/sp80626.html

Anyway, you have to keep hunting for HP notebooks that have driver files in each file range and then substitute what you find with the sp##### you need, and that is going to take a very long time to get back to F.35.

That's what I did to come up with the above info link.

Then if you want the file, you change .html to .exe.

Hi:

The only previous BIOS versions available can be found by clicking to expand the Revision History section on the F.63 BIOS update page:

HP x360 310 G2 Convertible PC Software and Driver Details

You can only go back as far as F.54.

Hello, thank you for your response.

I see on https://support.hp.com/bo-es/drivers/hp-x360-310-g2-convertible-pc/7812678 that the most recent BIOS version is F66, and the oldest I can find is F54. I can't believe that, even if it's not accessible on the website, HP would have deleted the files for the previous BIOS versions.

They must be somewhere, and I wonder if HP can give me access to a repository where I could find the F35 BIOS.

Regards.
