I found another way to see if I could install from the install disks. I set the date in BIOS to what the born on date is, down graded the memory to what is was sold as having, and was able to install the disks. Not sure why that would cause the error, but it is nice to know there is another way to troubleshoot installation disks throwing errors.

Glad you were able to get the recovery disks to work.
I gave that suggestion to set the BIOS' date and time back to the born-on date, but they never answered back.
I read another post regarding the disks fail because of the trial software's expiration dates having long passed, which is why some folks have had success setting the BIOS's date back to the born-on date.
The memory...that I don't know but anything is possible.
I one had a set of HP W7 recovery disks fail on me because I had upgraded the Wi-Fi adapter and the recovery failed, but it told me why...'could not find a supported Wi-Fi adapter' error report.
I didn't bother to install the original Wi-Fi adapter, and opted to install Windows 10 instead.
