My screen is destroyed, I have the ribbon for the screen unplugged, was just wondering how I can use an external monitor as the default screen, I need to access bios.

Unfortunately, that is not possible because the external graphics adapter (HDMI) drivers are not loaded until Windows boots up, which will be later than the BIOS initializing.

 

You will need to replace the display.

Unfortunately it doesn't matter now anyways, I was robbed at gunpoint for that laptop.... and then beat down
