Hi:
You can use the HP cloud recovery tool and a 32 GB USB flash drive to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility.
HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | HP® Customer Support
You can download the software from the Microsoft Store.
HP Cloud Recovery Tool - Microsoft Store Apps
If have to use the utility on another PC, so you will need to enter your notebook's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery media.
Your notebook's product number can normally be found on the case, or in the BIOS's system information screen.
The product number will be arranged like this: XXXXXXX#XXX

Hi Paul,
thanks for your help!
I am getting stuck at the following point:
As I understand first filles will be downloaded and saved on "C" and then then the next stepp will be generating the Pendrive with de image to use it to recover windows. Can you confirm this please. Just to avoid any inconvenient freeing the space on "C" and continuing with the process.
Thanks!!

You're very welcome.
Yes, you are correct.
I assume that you are going to need to use a PC with more than 32 GB of free space on the drive to create the recovery media with.
I have never tried creating recovery media on a PC with less than 100 GB of free drive space available, so I have never encountered an error like that.
