Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi there, need a bit of assistance.

I tried to download Visio 2021 using ISO and kept getting a message that Office had to be uninstalled. Didn't make so I checked the Event Viewer. Under Event Viewer>Windows Logs Applications I see an error message each time I tried to load up Visio.

The message is: "Faulting application name: OmenCap.exe, version: 1.7.1.0, time stamp: 0x6350e805".

Is there any way I can get this fix?

The Path: "Faulting application path: C:\WINDOWS\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\hpomencustomcapcomp.inf_amd64_e711c85c03558fc4\x64\OmenCap\OmenCap.exe'

I have Nortons 360 and Nortons Utilities.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
