Hi @PastorJW

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

I understand the concern with your HP OmniBook 5 not recognizing your face or sign-in PIN. We'll work through this together.

To ensure we provide the correct HP guidance, could you please share:

• The full HP OmniBook 5 model number or product number
• Are you unable to sign in with both Windows Hello Face Recognition and the PIN, or only facial recognition?
• Did this start after a Windows update, BIOS update, or initial device setup?
• Do you receive any specific error message when attempting facial recognition or PIN sign-in?
• Are you able to sign in using your Microsoft account password instead?

Once these details are available, we can provide the most appropriate troubleshooting steps for your specific OmniBook 5 model.

We're looking forward to helping you get back up and running!

Regards,

Hawks_Eye
