I'm having audio and wifi issues you've guys have been very helpful.

One quick question. Is this BIOS for my computer?

I have the F.15 but I don't know if I should\could install the F.64

I'm not sure that I would take a chance on that one.

 

If you look at the previous version (F.59), it is older than your notebook's F.15 BIOS version.

 

When you look at the supported models under the associated files section, it shows that it supports two different models...

When you look at the associated files section for the BIOS update you currently have installed, it just shows the one model series.

The parts list for your notebook indicates that it comes with one of those lousy Realtek 8821CE wifi adapters.

 

The only suggestion I can offer, would be to see if installing the latest wifi driver improves things any.

 

This driver is newer than the one on your notebook's support page.

 

This package contains the DCHU driver installation package for the Realtek RTL8188EE, RTL8723BE, RTL8723DE, RTL8821CE, RTL8822BE, RTL8822CE, RTL8852AE and RTL8852BE wireless LAN Controller in the supported computer models running a supported Windows 10 or Windows 10 Cloud operating system.
