I have a new HP Envyx360 and I have one website (Frontier.com) that keeps refreshing when I am trying to make changes to my account.  I contacted Frontier and they can make changes to my site it's just me, sometime it lets me get to the page I want, but as soon as I start typing to make a change it refreshes and takes me out of the page.  It's only this site, I have no problems with other similar sites, such as banks etc. where I need to make changes from time to time.  Figure it is something on my pc, but I have no idea what, any suggestions I can try?  Thank you.

Sounds like a code issue - that is, the website you are visiting is not compatible with your web browser.

The most obvious might be the solution:

Try a different browser.

For example,

If you are using "old" Edge, migrate to the Chromium version of Edge:

Download the new Microsoft Edge based on Chromium

You could also try Firefox, Opera...

If Frontier.com is still depending on Adobe Flash, the whole website will likely collapse on January 12th.  Frontier knows whether they are using Adobe Flash - no need to ask unless it all falls apart on Day 12.  What is not clear, is whether your web browser is (for the moment) still supporting / using Adobe Flash.  IF the website does use Flash and your browser either does not use it or has already switched off Flash in anticipation of the End, then you might see some odd results when you visit the website.  What to do?  Try a different browser...

What else?

If by "new" computer, you mean "NEW" computer, then you might need to run Windows Updates a couple of times to be sure that everything in the Windows File System is updated.  Brand new computers are frequently out-of-date.  Ah, the irony.

Less likely, but certainly possible:

Your security software might hate the Frontier website.  Check your security software for a way to "allow" the connection.
