Brand new, standard manufacturing unit, windows 11 (Home) update at home while doing standard HP and Microsoft updates.
After a few days of not having any problems, II now need to enter the bitlocker code everytime I start it up.
Somehow my user pin also got lost and had to recreate it after entering the bitlocker code.
Really disappointed at this my HP experience at this point.

The WIN 11 Home edition doesn't support BitLocker.

Hate to say this, but sometimes, you simply get a PC that is a "lemon" -- starting to manifest one problem after another.
With problems like this so soon, this does not bode well for the future.
If this was mine, I would return it for a refund and either get a different model, or a different manufacturer.
Once you pass the return date, you will be stuck with this.
