I inherited a laptop from my friend when she passed away .. The only user that comes up on the login screen is GUEST because she let her grandchildren use it to play games .. I tried editing USER ACCOUNTS and THAT access is denied .. I cannot bypass the built-in administrator (error code 5 - access denied from command prompt) .. I have her password but her user account does not show up on the login screen .. I have no administor rights .. How can I get ALL user accounts to show up on the login screen? Thank you 🙂

Sorry, but unless you can login using an Adminstrator account, you can't change what is displayed on the login screen.
I know we used to give out codes to bypass disable situations, but sorry -- the Community Policies changed this year such that we are now PROHIBITED from assisting customers in bypassing Admin or BIOS passwords, or in resetting those passwords.
For assistance in this NOW, you have to contact HP Customer Support directly as they will confirm ownership of the PC before providing any assistance -- something we are not able to do from here. If you tell them your story, perhaps they will help you reset the password so you can login.
If you live in the US or Canada, contact information is on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/phone-assist.html#section1
If you live elsewhere, contact information is on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-contact-us.html
NOTE: After you get through, stay on the line until you are finally able to talk to some one -- it can take a while!
If you have trouble finding a phone number, then try: 1 (650) 857-1501.

You aren't understanding my problem .. I'm NOT asking you to give me any passwords or passcodes .. I'm NOT asking you to bypass or reset her password .. I'm not asking you to engage in any nefarious act
I HAVE the password to her account but HER account does not appear on the login screen from the User Account list .. "GUEST" is the ONLY account that appears on the login screen and there are no Administrative permissions .. I NEED TO SEE THE OTHER USERS ACCOUNTS ON THE LOGIN SCREEN SO I CAN LOGIN TO HER ACCOUNT
The 1st picture is of my login screen .. The 2nd picture is of my User Accounts .. The 3rd picture is me trying to use HP Assist like the phone # you gave me suggested in your previous response

OK, and as I alread told you .. unless you haven and account with Admin rights, and Guest account do NOT have those, you have no way to change the login options.
If you contacted HP as I suggested, instead of arguing with me, you might be able to convince them to tell you how to reset the passwords and/or accounts on the PC -- something WE are not permitted to do.
