That's  an OS question - I guess. I need to pry off my HP laptop/notebook (15t-fd000) bottom cover in order to reset my battery.  There is a seam between the two bottom parts.  According to the manual I need to remove the four screws (M2.5x60 and M2.0x40), which I have done and I need to "insert a thin, plastic tool in the seam at the top between the bottom covert ...).

Could any one tell me is there any professional "plastic" tool I have to use (credit card DOES NOT work -- too soft !? and guitar does not do the job either)?

Please help!

Thanks.

Below is the link to the service teardown video for your notebook:

I recommend that you purchase a general notebook pry tool kit.

There are many different options available.
