Product: HP Laptop 14dk00//oa

Not fully booting up.

Opens up with HP logo and 'Preparing Automatic Repair', then gets stuck. 

 

Is there another way of booting up?

 

It's my wife's laptop and request reply to [Personal Information Removed]
